Text Box: We have been awarded an Awards for All Grant from the National Lottery.
These awards are granted to successful applicants to enable people to take part in art, sport, heritage and community activities and projects that promote education, the environment and health in the local community.
The Grant will enable WI members to attend Denman College to not only see for themselves the wonderful teaching facilities, but also to take part in a selection of courses.  Knowledge gained from their attendance can then be passed on within the community.
Denman College is the WI’s own adult education college near Oxford.  A beautiful Georgian mansion house, named after the first NFWI Chairman, Lady Denman.
