National Broadcast of NFWI Centenary AGM

The NFWI Centenary Annual meeting will be held at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday 4 June 2015. One in every two WIs will send a link delegate to this Annual Meeting. As a result there will be fewer observer tickets than usual and so the meeting will be broadcast live across the internet to enable as many members as possible to participate in this very special event. Application Form for Delegate
It will be possible for members to view this in their own homes on a personal computer, laptop or tablet where you will need an internet connection of at least 5 – 10 mbps (under 3mbps will not work at all) or members might like to use their local hall for this purpose, making their own arrangements.
However, Cineworld cinemas will be set up to receive this broadcast and the Board has agreed that if there is a sufficient number of members who would like to attend the event at either Brighton or Eastbourne Cineworld cinemas, then the East Sussex Federation will facilitate this. Cineworld have assured NFWI that members will be fine for re admission after the lunch interval.
There is of course a cost involved in hiring the cinema and so we need to have a reasonably accurate idea of the number of members who would wish to attend either Brighton or Eastbourne to take part in this special event.
Your WI Secretary has been sent a form for completion to let us know, as soon as possible, how many members in your WI would wish to attend and at which Cineworld venue? Once we have an idea of the numbers we will send out more information.
