Summary of Events 2017

Another good year, with Chiddingly WI being involved in group, county and national events. Anne represented us at the AM in Liverpool. We were delighted to welcome five new members but very sad to lose two much loved members, Linda and Margery. They will be missed. Two members celebrated being members of Chiddingly WI for 50 years.

The art group published the “Birdy Book” and cards. Home grown members spoke to us about weaving, being adopted, the NHS, life as a JP and a long interesting life. We went out for a lunch, also an afternoon tea. The tablecloth, twizzle muffs and teddies were made.

We now look forward to celebrating our Centenary Year in 2018.
